Multnomah County has made a commitment to develop and mentor key individuals within the organization who are identified as employees who have leadership potential. As part of this commitment, the county created the Leadership Academy to help cultivate those key individuals and provide them with the skills, the mentoring, the experience and the training to make this great organization even better.
